HU66IN6 is a four-piece band, creating experimental, boundary-pushing heavy music inspired by folklores, linguistic varieties, food and hugs. With their upcoming single release of “Have You Ever” from the recently recorded debut album “Life was all silence”, Hugging will be performing live in Germany and across Europe in 2026.

RAUCHEN

With “FALLEN UND SCHWEBEN,” Rauchen release their most accessible and mature album to date. The Hamburg band remains true to its angry core, but for the first time noticeably opens up its sound without pandering. Between shimmering guitars, clattering drums, and a voice that still asks more questions than it answers, a new form of melancholy seeps through: one that fights not only against, but also for something.

Stylistically, the album ties in with the raw 90s. Somewhere between post-punk and hardcore, without falling into nostalgia. The title track “FALLEN UND SCHWEBEN” (FALLING AND FLOATING) in particular marks a turning point: conciliatory, almost tender, and yet unmistakably Rauchen.

SOFT SPOT (formerly known as FERMIUM) are Benito PIlüger (Der Ringer) & Lukas Wiesemüller (Ashes of Pompeii). Despite all their efforts, under their new name they still find themselves in the same airless, claustrophobic space between hardcore, black metal, and doom that they explored under their old name. As guest vocalists, Nadine (RAUCHEN) and Annika (GLAZA), good friends of the band, share the work on the mic.

The vocalists are now changing, but the situation remains oppressive, and so there is nothing left to do but continue to write against it.
