YOUR LOVE

Lakuti and Tama Sumo are back with another edition of their party. Aïsha Vertus aka Gayance takes her stage name from the Haitian creole word for “joyfulness”. Her productions, which she refers to as creole music, are influenced by Afro-Caribbean diasporic music from North America and the UK: the iconic sounds of Detroit and New York along with London UKG and bruk, with nods to vivid Afro-Latinx culture. Lisbon-based Chima Isaaro is an experienced DJ, dancer and digger as well as resident at Club Musicbox. She is rightly appreciated for her uplifting, expansive sets that wind through the echo chambers of techno, house, disco, soul, batida and jazz. Rounding out the lineup will be the magical Kalypso Bang with a drag theater performance.
