pippa

PIPPA is a Viennese artist with a knack for catchy, pop-inspired, danceable melodies. Her signature sound sometimes ventures into the realms of experimental electronic music, only to give way at other moments to a calm instrumental backdrop against which thoughtful—yet always hopeful—lyrics are laid. Sometimes so direct that it feels both liberating and unsettling; at other times, in an abstract, almost fairy-tale-like way, PIPPA tells stories from her world, which suddenly seems very familiar.

PIPPA proved once again that she isn’t content with a straightforward life in her comfort zone with her fourth studio album, *Träume auf Zement* (Dreams on Concrete), released in March 2025—a collection of songs in which PIPPA tramples on stifling norms.

The album received widespread media attention in Austria and Germany. The lead single “Verstand” was particularly successful, debuting at number two on the Fm4 charts and receiving airplay on Ö3 and numerous German radio stations.

In February 2027, PIPPA’s studio album “Mein Schöner Slow Emotion Club” will be released; she will present it live for the first time at Porgy & Bess on February 11, 2027, followed by live performances in Austria and Germany.
