Berlin-based Belgian artist Joris Biesmans uses an array of analog synthesizers and sequencers in his live performances to bridge the gap between the dreamy arpeggios of the 80s and the contemporary club scene. Since the release of his EP This Is The Sound Of B (Biesmans Remixes) on Running Back, his music has come to represent an infectious blend of new wave, electro and melodic house. Biesmans will be performing his upcoming album “Moments Of Rapture” live at Panorama Bar at this edition of Klubnacht. Also in Panorama Bar for this weekend will boast a rare house set from DVS1. Maeve co-founder Mano Le Tough is known for a subtle, often melancholic style of house that blends organic instrumentation with electronic precision. His DJ sets are distinguished by a knack for building melodic tension that seamlessly transcends the stylistic boundaries of indie dance and hypnotic deep house. Also returning to our stage after a long absence is the French artist Shonky, who has been known since the mid-00s for a stripped-down, to-the-point house groove.
